Friday Schedule - Live Draft & Meet and Greet

On Friday at 7pm, we will hold our LIVE draft party for all players to see themselves get picked and selected for their teams. River City East. 

Pool Play Starts Saturday Morning

Timed pool play games start Saturday morning and continue until the bracket play begins later in the afternoon. Earliest game will be around 9am.

Cincinnati Update - Bat Selection and Venue Update

Greetings Smasherz!

We're preparing for Cincinnati next week and look forward to seeing you.  We have a couple of important updates for everyone.

Bat Selection is Now Open

If you purchased a Bat Package, you can now select your bat. Please select before Sunday at 9:00pm. As a bonus, if you select a Senior bat you will receive two senior bats. If you select a dual-stamp bat, you will receive THREE bats!

To help everyone "Beat the Heat" and maximize comfort, we will shift the event to River City East where they have an indoor, air conditioned bar!  This is also the location for our LIVE DRAFT on Friday evening, which will take place starting at 7pm.  Come out and hear your name called live and meet your new teammates at River City East.

Cincinnati Ultra Draft - Update and Schedule

Greetings Smasherz!

Cincinnati is right around the corner, and we have a few updates for you regarding the event.  Please take the opportunity to read everything closely!

The Draft will Be LIVE on Friday, Aug 23

We are going to super charge the excitement of the Meet and Greet by doing the player draft LIVE!  Location to be determined, likely to start around 7:00pm.  While you are not required to be in attendance, we encourage everyone to attend if they are able.  We'll make sure it's a good time for everyone!

Player Kit Pickup

As part of this switch to Live Draft, your player kit will be slightly different.  Player kits can be picked up on Friday night as usual, but your jerseys will not be inside.  Instead, coaches will have the jerseys with them to distribute on Saturday morning before your games begin.  

Player Registration Still Open - Plus New Play Only Kit

With the shift towards a live draft, we can now take player registration much later than before.  More players means more fun and more prizes, so please help us spread the word that we have space available for any players who wish to play this weekend. We have also heard feedback from a lot of players looking for a new kit option, so a $79.95 Play & Jersey kit has been added to the package list.

Two Days of Play - Standard Time Limits

We will start play on Saturday morning and end play on Sunday evening.  In our last tournament in Cincinnati, we played with no time-limits which proved to be a little much for most players in the heat.  This time, we have increased to a 6gg but your pool play and bracket matches will be timed and breaks scheduled as much as possible.
